ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Michael, a multi-national (I'm from all over) actor based out of Birdham in West Sussex. I've had the privilege to live in, and experience, a few different countries and cultures. Including New Zealand, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Cyprus (giving me my 'unique' natural accent).

I've been a lifelong fan of stories that inspire and make me want to live in those worlds. Whether it's video games, anime, comics, or a great book - I've been held in a death grip by their characters.

My journey into acting has been as different and as similar as any other actor. Starting with a 'sensible' job in public relations and advertising as a creative copywriter(I still do this). I awoke to the possibility that ' I too could be an actor' while directing a session with a voice actor.

From that moment, I actively pursued this life. Starting with community theatre, then dedicated improv training at Auckland's Covert Theatre, Elena Stejko's Actor's Studio, and finally with Robin Armstrong - who I've been training with in Panic Room and 1-on-1 since early in my career.

All of which has developed me into a Swiss-army-performer. Approaching character and acting with an unbridled love of play and exploration - and I can't wait to bring this love to your next project.
